Streamtech Engineering Ltd ("Licensor") provides its web applications ("Licensed Web Application") to users ("you," "your") under the terms and conditions in this Web Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"). By using the Licensed Web Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Standard EULA. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Licensed Web Application.
The Licensor grants you a nontransferable license to use the Licensed Web Application on any device that you own or control. This Standard EULA also governs any updates provided by the Licensor that replace or supplement the original Licensed Web Application, as well as any agreements or terms and conditions accepted when the app was downloaded to the associated mobile app.
You agree that the Licensor may collect and use technical data related to your use of the Licensed Web Application. Licensor may use this information to improve its products or to provide services or technologies to you, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you.
This Standard EULA is effective until terminated by you or Licensor. Your rights under this Standard EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE LICENSED WEB APPLICATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE LICENSED WEB APPLICATION AND ANY SERVICES PERFORMED OR PROVIDED BY THE LICENSED WEB APPLICATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE LICENSED WEB APPLICATION.
You may not use or otherwise export or re-export the Licensed Web Application except as authorized by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensed Web Application was obtained.
This Agreement and the relationship between you and Streamtech Engineering Ltd shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
